Baking camp- Session 2 "Levels to This"

Learning to level cakes and stack 2 tier cakes and more!

Service Description

During this session the lil bakers will learn the fundamentals of baking as well as how to bake two cake recipes. They will learn to tort, crumb coat, ice and stack a 2-tier cake. Session 2 July 14th-18th "Levels to This", Day 1 Learn the fundamentals of baking learn to bake vanilla cake & bake multiple size cakes to be used for layers for the week. Day 2 Learn to make Swiss meringue butter cream & American butter cream. Learn to pipe different boarders. Day 3 Use the cakes baked to learn to tort, ice ,crumb coat and stack a 1 tier cake. Decorate it as well. Day 4 Repeat day 3 but this time for a 2 tier cake. Learn to make direct design techniques and work with wafer paper. Day 5 Field trip day: Top Golf lunch included- Field trips can be paid for in advance or no later than Tuesday of each session except for session 4 trip.

Cancellation Policy

Each camp session is non-refundable. Payments can be transferred to another session if space is available. If all sessions are full there will be a credit on file to be use for any camp items, trips, classes and swag. Camp time is set for 9am-2:30. Can drop them off as early as 8:30 and pick up as late as 3pm. Field trip day is Friday to Urban Air. Transportation and Entry to urban air will be $35 per student.
