Baking camp- Session 1 "Sweet Success"
Service Description
During this session the lil bakers will learn the fundaments of baking as well as create their sweets business. They will learn all aspects to be a kid entrepreneur to achieve "Sweet Success”. Session 1 June 23rd-27th "Sweet Success", Day 1 Learn the fundamentals of baking recipe (Vanilla cake, Chocolate cake) Day 2 Learn to make icings (Swiss meringue, American buttercream, Chocolate buttercream, cream cheese Icing, whipped cream icing, ganache) Day 3 Learn all about the business of baking. Pick a niche for your business. Develop a logo. Create a mini business plan and prepare for your pitch for Thursday. Day 4 Bake your niche item. Continue to work on your pitch for presentation at the end of the class. Pitch will be held at 2pm. Each student gets 10mins to showcase their niche item and present their business plan. Day 5 Field trip day -Urban Air - Field trips can be paid for in advance or no later than Tuesday of each session except for session 4 trip.

Cancellation Policy
Each camp session is non-refundable. Payments can be transferred to another session if space is available. If all sessions are full there will be a credit on file to be use for any camp items, trips, classes and swag. Camp time is set for 9am-2:30. Can drop them off as early as 8:30 and pick up as late as 3pm. Field trip day is Friday to Urban Air. Transportation and Entry to urban air will be $35 per student.
