Session 4  Aug 4th-8th "Is It Cake or Not"
During this session, the Lil Bakers will learn the fundamentals of baking. They will also learn to carve 2D and 3D cakes.  This is one of the students' favorite sessions because they well learn the art of food realism.

Session 4 Aug 4th-8th "Is It Cake or Not" 
Day 1:
Learn the fundamentals of baking.
Learn to make homemade modeling chocolate. Learn to ice and crumb coat a carved cake. 
Day 2:
Food realism day. We will learn to make different realistic food items. Sponsored by Cakes By Timbo. 
Day 3:
Learn to design a 2D or 3 D item of choice. The student will choose their items on mo day for us to make on day 3. 
Day 4:
Custom cookies day. The students will learn to bake custom cookies. Learn to stencil them and design them for different events using royal icons, modeling chocolate, and fondant.
