SESSION 1: LEVEL UP CAKE LAB
✨ Level Up Cake Lab
During this advanced baking session, Lil Bakers will take their skills to the next level by learning the art of cake design and structure.
Campers will:
 ✨ Bake multiple decadent cake flavors
✨ Learn to ice cakes using buttercream and colored ganache
✨ Master techniques like torting, stacking, and smoothing cakes
✨ Explore modern decorating trends, including wafer paper , edible image designs, fondant work and textured designs
✨ Build and decorate their very own 2-tier cake
By the end of the week, each Lil Baker will have the confidence and skills to create beautifully structured and professionally decorated cakes.
